In 2016, the Guggenheim Museum commissioned its very first robotic artwork called Can’t Help Myself (Wannmann, 2016). The artwork is created by two of China’s most controversial artists Sun Yuan and Peng Yu and can be described as a robotic arm that has one specific, life-long duty: to prevent the deep-red, bloodlike liquid, which constantly oozes outwards, from straying too far (Weng, n.d.).

What appeared to be more than 30 white wedding dresses were hung from nooses, strung up between the palm trees. Lebanese law currently allows a rapist to be exonerated if he marries his victim. The activists are pressing to have the legislation abolished at an upcoming session of parliament.

Child marriage is not only legal in 91 countries around the world, but even continues to be legal in the United States - with some having a cut off as low as 12 years of age.

As is described online, it mentions that there was an attempt taken to challenge power relations, specifically between men and women; however, what I find most fascinating about this 'action' is that it 'demonstrates' the discrepancy between the female body as depicted in the painting, The Origin of the World, and the physically present form of Deborah's own body, i.e. genitalia.
